controls and guarantees the quality of its products from its origin and during all the production process. Our laboratory is equipped with modern technology to carry out the main microbiological and chemical determinations. They are responsible to analyse the product and to issue the certificate of analysis before releasing and shipping each lot to its destination.
Our commitment with the quality improvement, the adaptation to our costumers’ needs and the international regulations has motivated to follow an effective management tool that allows us to reduce the food safety risks. In this context, we are implementing the Food Safety Management System ISO 22000, which combine the principles of the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), the Prerequisites Programmes such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and the Quality Management System ISO 9000.
